From the very beginning, the team demonstrated professionalism, care, and deep knowledge of the mountains. Jay, as our main guide, led with confidence and calm assurance. His ability to read the group’s pace, manage the itinerary, and ensure everyone’s safety at high altitude was remarkable. Dewa, as the assistant guide, was equally outstanding, always attentive, encouraging, and ready to lend a helping hand. Whether it was checking in on each of us, adjusting to individual needs, or simply offering a warm smile after a long day’s hike, his presence made a real difference to the group’s morale.

What stood out most was the genuine care both Jay and Dewa showed. They didn’t just guide us — they looked after us like family. Every detail, from acclimatisation to logistics, was thoughtfully handled, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the experience.
